摘要 基于细粒煤泥的粒度分布特性进行真空过滤脱水,以煤浆的脱水速度、滤饼水分和过滤比阻为判定指标,对均匀度煤浆的脱水性质和不同粒度组成进行分析。试验结果表明,均匀度相差不大,煤浆的脱水效果随着粒度的减小而急剧恶化;粒度组成相似,随着均匀度的减小,煤浆的脱水效果会逐渐变好。这是由于-0.045mm微细颗粒容易堵塞滤纸,从而降低滤饼的透气性,影响煤炭脱水效果。 An experimental study of the filter dehydration of fine coal focusing on particle characteristics has been conducted. The filtration velocity, moisture content and filter resistance as an index. The dehydrate characters of coal slurry with uniformity and different particle size have been analyzed. The test results showed that the uniformity were similar. The dehydration effect has been declined when the particle size decreasing. When the size composition were same, the dehydration effect of coal slurry has been improved when the uniformity decreasing, which because the drill gap effect of --0. 045 mm fine particles tend to plug the filter paper and reduce the permeability of filter cake. Therefore, this is the key part of effecting coal dehydration.
