辣椒碱软膏联合薇诺娜柔润保湿霜治疗神经性皮炎疗效观察

Efficacy of capsaicin ointment combined with Winona gentle moisturizing cream on neurodermatitis treatment

目的探讨辣椒碱软膏联合薇诺娜柔润保湿霜治疗神经性皮炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法将该院收治的112例神经性皮炎患者随机分为联合组和对照组,两组患者均给予辣椒碱软膏治疗,联合组患者在此基础上给予合薇诺娜柔润保湿霜治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后局部皮损中P物质含量,治疗后观察两组患者皮损面积、症状缓解时间,并根据症状、体征积分判断治疗疗效,随访3个月观察患者局部复发情况。结果联合组治疗后局部皮损中P物质含量显著低于对照组的P物质含量(P<0.05);联合组治疗后有效率达92.9%,对照组治疗后有效率达75.0%,联合组治疗后有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);联合组治疗后皮损面积、症状缓解时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);联合组出现1例复发,复发率达1.8%,对照组出现8例复发,复发率达14.3%,联合组复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间均未出现不良反应。结论辣椒碱软膏联合薇诺娜柔润保湿霜对于神经性皮炎疗效显著,复发率低,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of capsaicin ointment combined with Winona gentle moisturizing cream for neurodermatitis. Methods A hundred and twelve cases of neurodermatitis patients were randomly assigned into the joint group and the control group. All patients were given capsaicin ointment treatment,while the joint group was treated with Winona gentle moisturizing cream in addition. Contents of substance P in localized lesions before and after treatment were compared in two groups,the lesion size and symptom relief time were observed after treatment,and treatment efficacy was assessed according to symptoms and signs; patients were followed up for 3 months on local recurrence. Results After treatment content of substance P in localized lesions of the joint group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The effective rate of the joint group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 92. 9% vs 75. 0%,P〈0. 05）. Lesion size and symptom relief time of the joint group were significantly lower than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. One patient（ 1. 8%） in the joint group had recurrence,which was significantly lower than the control group in which there were 8 relapsed patients（ 14. 3%,P〈0. 05）. No adverse reactions were observed in all patients during treatment. Conclusions Capsaicin ointment combined with Winona gentle moisturizing cream for neurodermatitis has a significant effect with low recurrence rate and high safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
