丹毒常规疗法和分别联用丹参两种注射剂型疗效比较

Efficacy comparison of conventional erysipelas therapy with respective salvia miltiorrhiza injections

目的比较注射用丹参冻干粉针与普通水针两种剂型治疗下肢丹毒的临床有效性和安全性。方法 2012年1月—2013年12月,收治符合下肢丹毒诊断标准的186例常规治疗患者随机分为三组,丹参A组63例联用丹参注射用冻干粉针,丹参B组61例联用丹参注射用普通水针,非丹参组62例采用常规治疗不联用丹参;比较三组患者用药后的临床治愈率和不良反应发生率。结果疗程结束时,临床治愈率分别为丹参A组96.8%(61/63)、丹参B组95.1%(58/61)、非丹参组83.9%(52/62),丹参A、B两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),丹参组与非丹参组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应发生率分别丹参A组为3.2%(2/63)、丹参B组3.3%(2/61)、非丹参组3.2%(2/62),三组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丹毒常规治疗中联用丹参可提高疗效,丹参两种注射剂型用于丹毒治疗同样有效、安全。

Objective To compare the clinical effectiveness and safety of two different salvia miltiorrhiza injections on the treatment of lower limb erysipelas. Methods Totally 186 cases of patients with lower limb erysipelas,which met the diagnosis standard of lower limb erysipelas and were admitted to The Second Hospital of Bengbu City from January 2012 to December 2013,were randomly assigned into 3 groups. Group A（ n = 63） received conventional erysipelas therapy combined with freeze-dried powder of salvia miltiorrhiza for injection,group B（ n = 61） conventional erysipelas therapy combined with normal salvia miltiorrhiza injection,group C（ n = 62） conventional erysipelas therapy without the injection of salvia miltiorrhiza. The cure rate and adverse reaction rate were compared among the three groups. Results After the treatment,the cure rates were 96. 8%（ 61 /63） for group A,95. 1%（ 58 /61） for group B and 83. 9%（ 52 /62） for group C. There was no significant difference between group A and group B（ P〉0. 05）,while there were significant differences between groups using salvia miltiorrhiza injection and group not using（ P〈0. 05）. The adverse reaction rates were 3. 2%（ 2 /63） for group A,3. 3%（ 2 /61） for group B and 3. 2%（ 2 /62） for group C,which had no significant differences among the three groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusions The combination of use salviae miltiorrhizae with the conventional erysipelas therapy can improve the curative effect. The two injections of salviae miltiorrhizae can achieve the same effectiveness and safety.
