摘要
采用不同的振动传感器安装方式对一台船用二冲程电控柴油机的缸盖表面、高压油管侧面、高压油泵顶部、机身侧面和增压器端面的加速度振动信号进行了测试和分析,揭示了二冲程柴油机表面不同的振动特征,也解释了ME型电控柴油机缸内示功图的双峰现象,为船用二冲程电控柴油机的振动诊断研究和应用奠定了基础。
With different kinds of vibration sensors, the acceleration vibration signals of cylinder head, highpressure fuel pipe, high pressure fuel pump, engine side and turbocharger of an electronically-controlledtwo-stroke diesel engine are tested and analyzed. The different vibration characteristics of the two-stroke dieselengine components are revealed. The dualpeak on the indicator diagram of ME electronically-controlled dieselengine is explained. The results lay a foundation for the diagnosis research and application of marineelectronicallycontrolled two-stroke diesel engine.
