摘要
车辆在人们的生活、生产中占据的地位日益重要,其在运行过程中会受到各种因素的影响,进而降低了其使用效率和服务年限,因此,必须做好车辆零部件的维护管理工作。就车辆运行的实际情况看,大部分关键零部件的失效都是因疲劳使用而导致的,疲劳耐久性是衡量车辆产品性能的主要指标之一,在很大程度上代表了车辆的安全性、经济性和可靠性现状。对车辆的耐久性进行了分析,并提出了相应的优化措施。
The position of the vehicle in people’s lives, to occupy an increasingly important production, which can be affected by various factors during operation, thus reducing its efficiency and service life, therefore, we must do maintenance and management of vehicle parts the work. The actual operation of the vehicle, the failure of most of the key components are due to fatigue caused by the use of fatigue durability is one of the main indicators to measure vehicle performance, in large part on behalf of the safety of the vehicle, economy and reliability of the status quo. Durability of the vehicle were analyzed and the corresponding optimization measures.
