儿科药品不良事件发生的调查分析

调查、分析了接受药物治疗的儿科疾病患儿在用药期间出现不良事件的情况。主要选择了在我院就诊的接受药物治疗过程中出现不良事件的82例患儿病历,对其病历进行回顾性分析,总结了导致患儿在用药期间出现不良事件的药物类型、不良事件累及器官、症状表现、不良反应轻重程度、处理情况、性别和年龄差异等。结果表明,导致儿科疾病患儿在用药期间出现不良事件的药品涉及到9种。其中,抗感染类药物在实际应用过程中引发的不良事件最多;不良事件会累及患儿的8大系统,受影响最大的是皮肤及附件系统;轻度不良反应人数占90%以上,并且50%的不良事件经过处理后能够完全治愈;性别构成没有任何差异,但是,3岁以下患儿是出现不良事件的主要人群。由此可知,儿科是临床中药物不良事件的高发科室。在实际工作中,应该根据儿科的实际情况,采取有针对性措施,有效预防和处理药物不良事件的发生,从而保证患儿的用药安全。

This survey analyzes the situation of children with pediatric disease receiving drug therapy occur during treatment of adverse events. The main choice in my hospital receiving medical treatment during the 82 cases of adverse events in children with medical records, medical records were retrospectively analyzed, summed up the cause of children with adverse events during the treatment of drug types of adverse events involving the organ , symptoms, severity of adverse reactions, the processing conditions, such as gender and age differences. The results show that lead to disease in pediatric patients during the treatment of adverse drug events occur involving nine kinds. Among them, the most adverse events of anti-infective drugs in the actual application process triggered;adverse events involving the eight major systems of children, the most affected are the skin and accessory systems; the number of mild adverse reactions accounted for more than 90%, and 50%of adverse events can be completely cured after treatment;there is no gender difference in composition, however, children under 3 years old are the main crowd adverse events occur. It can be seen, the high incidence of clinical pediatrics department of adverse drug events. In practice, it should be based on the actual situation of Pediatrics, adopt appropriate measures to prevent and deal with the occurrence of adverse drug events, thus ensuring the safe use of drugs in children.
