摘要
农科毕业生择业过程中不仅存在着大学生普遍具有的从众、嫉妒、羞怯、自卑、依赖、攀比等心理,还具有弃农转行、自我评价过低、懈怠就业、逃避等特有的心理。本文在调查和总结农科毕业生就业心理问题的基础上,探讨了促进农科毕业生良好就业心理形成,实现更好就业的调整对策。
In job hunting, agricultural science graduates not only have some psychological problems university students generally possess, such as conformity, jealousy, shyness, inferiority, depen- dence and unrealistic comparison, but also have their unique psychological problems, such as abandoning agriculture for other careers, low self-esteem, slackness in employment, and escaping from employment. Based on investigating and summarizing the psychological problems of agricultural science graduates, this pa- per explores the adjustment countermeasures to promote the for- mation of agricultural science graduates' good employment psy- chology and the realization of better employment.
