摘要
提高教师培训的针对性是实现有效培训的关键策略。训前调研论证先行,方案设计跟进。根据教育大背景对培训的要求,学员的需求和期待,学科的性质特点,培训学员的现状和实际问题,在培训目标、内容、形式、时间安排等方面提高针对性,有的放矢,从而实现有效的培训。
Improving pertinence can be taken as key strategy for effective training for teachers. Af- ter doing survey before training, the program can be designed. Based on education background, train- ees' needs and expectation, subject's peculiarity, and trainees' status and reality, the training perti- nence can be improved on objective, content, form, and time schedule to reach effective training.
