护理活动评分在新疆某三甲医院ICU中的应用

Application of the scoring system for nursing activity in ICU in a certain hospital at the level of grade Ⅲ class A in Xinjiang

目的：通过测量某三甲医院不同时段、不同班次的护理工作负荷及工作时间,分析护理工作变化规律。方法：使用护理活动评分联合护理工作量调查表对新疆某三甲医院ICU32名护士的护理工作负荷进行调查,对不同班次、不同时段直接和间接的工作负荷及工作时间进行测定。结果：10：00-12：00、16：00-18：00、19：00-21：00、1：00-3：00、7：00-9：00这5个时段科室护理工作量集中,密集程度高,护士超负荷工作,而部分时段护士工作满负荷,其中夜班与晚班护理活动评分比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：护理管理者应根据不同时段的护理工作量的变化,采取弹性排班。

Objective： To analyze the regular pattern of variation of nursing work through measuring the workload and working hours at different times and on different shifts in the hospital. Methods： The scoring system for nursing activity and workload questionnaire were used to investigate the workload of 32 ICU nurses in a certain hospital at the level of grade III class A in Xinjiang,and the workload and working hours at different times and on different shifts were directly and indirectly mensurated. Results： The workload and intensity of work was heavy at 5 periods of time（ 10： 00 - 12： 00; 16： 00 - 18： 00; 19： 00 - 21： 00; 1： 00 - 3： 00; 7： 00 - 9： 00）. Moreover,some nurses were working under full load at some period of time. The difference in the comparison of the scores of nursing activities was statistically significant between the night shift and swing shift（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Administrators should adopt a more flexible schedule according to nursing workload at different periods of time.
