不同程度吸烟与男性早期糖尿病足危险因素的相关性分析

The correlation analysis between the different degrees of smoking and risk factors for male early diabetic foot patients

目的探讨不同程度吸烟与男性早期糖尿病足危险因素的关系。方法选择保定市第三中心医院2004年8月—2013年8月收治的168例男性糖尿病患者,分为不吸烟组44例、轻度吸烟组41例、中度吸烟组43例、重度吸烟组40例,分别测定并比较糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、踝动脉-肱动脉血压比值(ABI)。结果轻度吸烟组Hb A1c、hs-CRP、TC、TG、FIB与不吸烟组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);中度及重度吸烟组和不吸烟、轻度吸烟组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。轻度吸烟组与不吸烟组下肢血管病变发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),中度及重度吸烟组和不吸烟、轻度吸烟组下肢血管病变发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中重度吸烟是男性早期糖尿病足重要的危险因素。

objective To analyze the relationship between the different degrees of smoking and risk factors for male early diabetic foot patients. Methods A total of 168 male diabetic patients were sampled in the Third Central Hospital of Baod-ing from August 2004 to August 2013,accordding to cigarette smoking,patients were divided into the no—smoking group（ n=44）,the mild smoking group（n =41）,the moderate smoking group（n =43）and the severe smoking group（n =40） . Glycosylated hemoglobin（HbA1c）,super C—reative protein（hs—CRP）,cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,fibrino-gen（FIB）and ankle brachial artery blood pressure ratio（ABI）were examined and compared in the four groups. Results HbA1c ,hs—CRP,TC,TG,FIB of the mild smoking group compared with the no—smoking group,the differences were not statistically significant（P 〉0. 05）;HbA1c,hs —CRP,TC,TG,FIB of the moderate smoking group and severe smoking group compared with no —smoking group,the mild smoking group,the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05） . Incidence rate of lower extremity venous disease of the mild smoking group compared with the no—smoking group,the differ-ences were not statistically significant（P 〉0. 05）,incidence of lower extremity venous disease of the moderate smoking group and severe smoking group compared with no—smoking group,the mild smoking group,the differences were statistically signifi-cant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Excessive smoking is an important risk factor of male early diabetic foot patients.
