免疫增强剂在儿童呼吸系统疾病中的应用分析

Analysis of immunopotentiator application in child disease of respiratory system

目的分析免疫增强剂在儿童呼吸系统疾病中的应用情况。方法对2012—2013年广州市妇女儿童医疗中心呼吸内科应用免疫增强剂的销售金额、用药频度(DDDS)、日用药金额(DDC)进行统计分析。结果免疫增强剂的用药金额增长幅度比较大;从用药金额和DDDS看来,匹多莫德稳居第一位;用药金额排序和DDDS的排序两年没有明显变化。结论免疫增强剂用药基本合理。

objective To analysis the immunopotentiator application in child disease of respiratory system. Methods The applications of immunopotentiator in Guangzhou Women and Children＆#39;s Medical Center in 2012—2013 were statistically analyzed in aspects of marketing amount of money, frequency of durg use （ DDDS ） and daily consumptive amount of money （ DDC）. Results The sales amounts of immunopotentiator drug increased year by year,the sales amounts and DDDS sort of pi-dotimod were taken the first place. The sales amounts sort and DDDS sort had no significant change. Conclusion The use of immunopotentiator is basically rational.
