奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉治疗脑梗死的疗效观察

The clinical effect observation of sodium ozagrel and edaravone in cerebral infarction

目的观察奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉治疗脑梗死的效果。方法将204例脑梗死的患者随机分为研究组和对照组各102例。研究组采用奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉进行治疗,对照组仅采用奥扎格雷钠治疗。分别于治疗7d、14d后对患者神经功能缺损程度进行评分,14d后对患者临床疗效进行判定。结果研究组总有效率为91.18%高于对照组的77.45%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗前神经功能缺损评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后7d及14d后神经功能缺损评分均低于治疗前,且逐渐降低,但研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉治疗脑梗死临床疗效较单纯奥扎格雷钠治疗效果好,能够显著提高患者的预后,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of sodium ozagrel and edaravone in cerebral infarction .Methods 204 cases patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into research group and control group ,each of 102 cases. Research group was treated by sodium ozagrel and edaravone .Control group was treated by sodium ozagrel .After treatment , compared the clinical effect and 7th,14th days neurological function of 2 groups.Results The total efficiency of research group（91.18%）was higher than that of control group （77.45%）,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The neurological function score before treatment of 2 groups was no statistically significant （P〉0.05）.The 7th,14th days neurolog-ical function score of 2 groups were lower than that before treatment ,and The 7th,14th days neurological function score of re-search group was lower than that of control group ,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Sodium ozagrel and edaravone in cerebral infarction has good effect ,and can improve the prognostic ,worthy of clinical application .
