紫外线光疗配合中西药治疗对白癜风患者血清炎性因子的影响及疗效观察

目的探究白癜风患者应用紫外线光疗配合中西药治疗血清炎性因子变化及疗效观察。方法将240例白癜风患者随机分为观察组和对照组各120例。对照组应用中西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用紫外线光疗。观察并比较2组血清白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平和临床疗效。结果治疗前2组血清IL-17、IFN-γ、Hcy水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后2组血清IL-17、IFN-γ、Hcy水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各部位治疗效果均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组稳定期和进展期的有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用紫外线光疗配合中西药结合治疗白癜风的临床综合效果佳,能够综合的治疗患者疾病,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the inflammatory cytokines of serum and clinical effect of ultraviolet light therapy combined with chinese and western medicine in vitiligo .Methods 240 cases patients with vitiligo were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,each of 120 cases.Control group accepted chinese and western medicine treatment .Obser-vation group was treated by ultraviolet light therapy combined with chinese and western medicine .After treatment ,compared the level of IL-17,IFN-γand Hcy of 2 groups.and compared the clinical effect of 2 groups.Results The difference of serum IL-17、IFN-γand Hcy level before treatment in 2 groups has no statistically significant （P〉0.05）.The serum IL-17、IFN-γand Hcy level after treatment of 2 groups were lower than that before treatment , and the serum IL-17、IFN-γand Hcy level after treatment of observation groups were lower than that of control group ,the different was no statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The Various parts of the treatment effect of observation group was higher than that of control group ,the difference was statisti-cally significant（P〈0.05）.The efficiency of stabilization period and progression period of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Ultraviolet light therapy combined with chinese and Western medicine in vitiligo has an good effect .Worthy of clinical application .
