在新的历史时期要实现习主席提出的强军目标,必须汲取在历史上我党领导下形成的红色文化力量。红色文化与强军目标的一致性在于理想信念因子、责任担当与先锋品性、革命气节和顽强作风三个方面的内在统一,为红色文化强军奠定了逻辑起点。发挥红色文化强军价值应当遵循针对性、实效性和创新性的主要原则,为强军指明方向。加强理论灌输、营造浓厚氛围、拓展实践渠道是发挥红色文化强军价值的基本路径,能为强军指明道路。

For proper realization of the army-strengthening goal advanced by president Xi Jinping, it is necessary to absorb the nutrition of red culture created by the CPC. This paper firstly analyzes the inherent consistency between red cuhure and the goal, thus making out the logical start for strengthening-the-army- with-red culture; it secondly analyses the major principles of utilizing the values of red culture in realization of the goal, therefore pointing out the direction of the cause; it lastly analyzes the basic approaches to utilizing the values of red culture in strengthening the army, hence figuring out the route to the cause.
