摘要
高校辅导员是高校教师队伍中的特殊群体,师德建设意义重大。本文以自我领导的视角,分析基于自我领导的高校辅导员师德建设是一种由内而外的师德提升过程,包含行为聚焦、内在奖赏和思维模式三种策略,并提出了强化师德建设的行为聚焦,突出师德建设的内在奖赏,创新师德建设的思维模式三种提升高校辅导员师德建设策略。
University counselors are a special group among university teacher team, so the construction of their teacher morality is significant. From the perspective of self-leadership, this paper analyzes that the construction of university counselors' teacher morality based on self-leadership is a process to improve teacher morality from the inside out, including behavior focus, internal reward and thinking model, and proposes three strategies to improve the construction of university counselors' teacher morality,including strengthening the behavior focus in teacher morality construction, highlighting the internal reward in teacher morality construction, and innovating the thinking model of teacher morality construction.
