当前经济飞速发展的同时,高校规模逐渐扩大,而青年教师作为高校教师队伍的生力军和教育事业的希望与未来,在高校的全面和谐发展中有着不可替代的地位,如何做好青年教师师德师风建设的发展始终是当代众多高校关注的焦点之一。本文在阐述青年教师师德师风建设的基础上,结合当前高校青年教师师德师风建设中存在的主要问题,探讨了加强高校青年教师师德师风建设的具体措施。

Along with the rapid development of the current economy, the scale of colleges is gradually expanding. Young teachers, as the new force of college teacher team and the hope and future of the education course, play an irreplaceable role in the comprehensive and harmonious development of colleges, so how to construct and develop the ethics of college young teachers has become one of the focuses of many contemporary colleges. Based on elaborating the construction of the ethics of young teachers,combined with the main problems existing in the current construction, this paper explores the specific measures to strengthen the construction of the ethics of college young teachers.
