贯彻落实党的教育政策,推进教师专业发展是当前教育改革的重中之重。本文针对当前体育教师专业发展问题,采用文献研究法、经验总结法,对当前学校体育的现状、体育教师专业化发展的策略进行系统的研究,旨在为更好地促进体育教师专业发展,推动体育新课程改革快速发展,提供行动方略。

The implementation of the Party＇s education policy and the promotion of teachers＇ professional development is the key of the current education reform. In view of the current physical education teachers＇ professional development, using the literature research and experience summary method, the current status of school physical education, and strategies for physical education teachers＇ professional development are systematically studied,aiming to provide an action plan for better promoting physical education teachers＇ professional development, and promoting the rapid development of the new PE curriculum reform.
