提高幼儿教师环境素质的必要性及对策

摘要 环境素质是人们在对应环境问题上的态度和能力,它包括环境知识、环境态度、环境行为三个因素。提高幼儿教师的环境素质,加大对幼儿环境教育的力度,既是当今社会发展的要求,也是促进幼儿身心健康发展的需要。目前,我国幼儿教师的环境素质现状亟待提高,建立完善的幼儿教师环境素质职前职后培养体系迫在眉睫。 Environmental quality, including environmental knowledge, environmental attitude and environmental behavior, is defined as people's attitude and ability to cope with environmental problems. The improvement of environmental quality of preschool teachers, and the strengthening of preschool children's environmental education, is requisite for the current social development, and children's physical and mental health development.Currently, it is necessary and urgent to improve the environmental quality status quo of preschool teachers, and establish a perfect pre-vocational education and post training system of environmental quality of preschool teachers.
