应用型人才综合实验技能培养体系改革与实践策略研究

Reform and Practice on the Training Strategies of the Comprehensive Experimental Skills of Applied Talents

随着我国经济的不断发展,科学技术水平不断提高,我们对于人才的需求越来越多,但是当今我国的国情却是缺乏应用复合型人才。面对这样的现状就需要对产生这一问题的原因进行仔细的研究,找出一定的解决措施。本文通过对应用型人才综合实验技能培养体系改革与实践进行一定的研究,并提出一些可行性的措施,来进一步促进应用型人才的培养。

With the continuous development of China＇s economy,the level of science and technology continues to improve, and the demand of applied talents is more and more, but the fact is that we lack of compound talents in China. In the face of such a situation, we should make a careful study of the reason for this problem, find out some measures to solve it. Based on the study of the reform and practice of training comprehensive experimental skills, we put forward some feasible measures, to further promote the cultivation of applied talents.
