摘要 按照高等职业教育各专业人才培养方案,充分利用土木行业各方面的优势,坚持将课程标准和岗位能力标准相结合的基本原则,根据土木工程行业的需求、发展和职业岗位对应的工作任务所要求的素质、能力、知识等方面需求,突出实践与理论相结合;基于工作过程"土工实训"课程学习情境开发与设计充分地展示高等职业教育教学改革的特点,强调循序渐进和将理论应用于实践,较清晰明了地进行课程设计。通过根据调研土工试验员岗位职责开展课程体系的开发与建设,确定主要课程教学内容,以现场土工试验员的工作过程为主线,确定符合目前我国各施工单位的土工试验员的工作岗位所必需实用的知识与技能。使用基于工作的开发理念与思路,来完成"土工实训"课程的各部分的教学内容,通过教学改革使课程培养目标与实际工作需要相符合。 According to the talent training plans of different majors of higher vocational education,we make full use of every advantage of the civil industry, adhere to the basic principles of combining curriculum standards with post ability standards, follow the qualities, abilities and knowledge required by the working tasks corresponding to the requirements, development and posts of the civil engineering industry, and highlight practice-theory combination. The development and design of learning situations for "Soil Engineering Training" based on working process fully manifests the characteristics of higher vocational education and teaching reform, emphasizes gradual development and putting theory into practice, so it will clearly guide curriculum design.We carry out the development and construction of curriculum system and decide the main teaching content in accordance with investigations on the job responsibilities of soil engineering testing technicians. We also decide the necessary practical knowledge and skills suitable for the posts of soil engineering testing technicians of different construction units in China with the working process of technicians on construction sites as the main line. We use the concepts and ideas based on working process to complete the teaching content of "Soil Engineering Training", and combine curriculum training objectives with practical work through teaching reform.
