摘要
服务营销学是一门实践性和应用性很强的课程。国内服务营销教学中,存在着一些传统教学问题,包括教学模式单一、教材建设滞后、教学实践不足等。在借鉴国外服务营销教学经验的基础上,提出了服务营销教学应该重视多维互动。包括师生、生生互动,理论与实践互动,课内与课外互动。
Service marketing is a practical and applied course.There are some problems in domestic service marketing, including single teaching form, teaching material construction lag,teaching practice insufficiency. Combined with the teaching of foreign service marketing, this paper proposes that service marketing teaching should pay attention to the multi-dimensional interaction,it includes teacher-student and student-student interaction, interaction of theory and practice, interaction inside and outside of the class.
