摘要
高校教师心理契约包括学校对教师的责任和教师对学校的责任两个方面,每个方面又包含了三个具体维度,即交易责任、发展责任和关系责任。总体看来,高校教师对自身与学校在责任履行方面的评价都比较高,但对自身交易责任和发展责任履行的评价要显著高于对学校交易责任和发展责任履行的评价。
The psychological contract of university teachers includes two aspects, one is universities' responsibility to teachers,the other is teachers' responsibility to universities, each one contains three dimensions, the first one is trade responsibility, the second one is development responsibility, the third one is relationship responsibility. University teachers give a high evaluation on the performance of responsibility both themselves and universities, but the evaluation on the performance of their own trade responsibility and development responsibility is higher than universities' responsibility.
