摘要
随着高校贫困生人数的日益增多和大学生整体就业形势的日益严峻,关注和帮助贫困学生的就业已成为高校就业工作中的重要环节。贫困生就业难除了受到就业形势的大环境影响外,还与其自身的就业力有关。心理压力过大、就业期望值过高、个人综合能力欠缺等原因都制约着贫困生的就业力。高校在帮助贫困生提升就业力的工作中,应采取心理辅导、提高综合能力、创造和谐就业环境、开展针对性就业指导服务、提供更多就业平台等多种举措,帮助贫困生提升就业能力,顺利实现就业。
With the increase of poor students in colleges and universities as well as the increasingly serious employment situation of college students, focusing on and helping poor students' employment has become an important part of college employment work. Poor students' difficult employment is affected by not only the external employment situation, but also their own employment ability. Excessive psychological pressure, unrealistic employment expectation and insufficient personal comprehensive ability are restricting poor students' employment ability. College and university administrators should take multiple measures to help poor students improve their employment ability and successfully find their jobs, such as taking psychological counseling, improving comprehensive ability, creating a harmonious employment environment, carrying out targeted employment guidance services,and providing more employment platforms.
