牙周牙髓病的病因及治疗分析

Causes and treatment of endodontic periodontal syndrome

目的:研究分析牙周牙髓病的病因机制,为临床治疗提供帮助与指导.方法:选取我院2013-03/2014-03收治的80例牙周牙髓病患者,对患者96颗患牙根据其原发病因分类选择牙周牙髓治疗方法,并对患者进行12个月的随访,观察患者的治疗效果.结果:通过针对性治疗措施后,牙周牙髓病的治疗总有效率为88.54%,其中原发性牙周继发牙髓病变牙.治疗的总有效率为84.38%,原发性牙髓、根尖继发牙周病变牙治疗的总有效率为95.12%,牙周牙髓同时病变牙治疗的总有效率为78.26%.结论:牙周牙髓病的治疗必须要详细了解其发病原因,并根据其病因选择合适的治疗方案,可以取得良好的治疗效果.

AIM： To research and analysis the etiological mech- anism of endodontic periodontal syndrome, and provide help and guidance for clinical treatment. METHODS： 80 cases of endo- dontic periodontal syndrome were treated in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2014. The different methods were selected according to the etiological cause for 96 teeth, and the efficacy were observed with a 12 months follow-up to. RESULTS： After the measures by the specific therapy, the total effective rate was 88.54%. For the primary dental periodontal disease with second- ary endodontic treatment the total effective rate was 84.38%, and for primary pulp, apical secondary periodontal dental treatment the total effective rate was 95.12%, and the total effective rate was 78.26% for the periodontal-endodontic combined lesions. CONCLUSION： The treatment of periodontal dental pulp dis- ease must learn its cause, and select the appropriate treatment plan according to its etiology, which can achieve good results.
