摘要 目的:研究微波消融治疗子宫肌瘤的近期并发症和影响因素,为临床治疗和预后判断提供可参考依据.方法:本文采用回顾性分析法.选取我院2012-01/2013-01门诊以及住院部收治的子宫肌瘤癌患者65例,作为本次的研究对象.统计并分析患者接受微波消融治疗子宫肌瘤术不同时间并发症的发生率,分析影响因素.结果:统计治疗后1个月内并发症的发生情况,65例研究对象中,45例(69.23%)月经周期延长,22例(33.85%)月经量增多,13例(20.00%)白带增多,9例(13.85%)阴道流液,21例(32.31%)轻度贫血,7例(10.77%)中度贫血.结论:微波消融治疗子宫肌瘤并发症轻,安全可行,可以在临床治疗中推广使用. AIM: To study the recent complications of uterine fi- broids treated by microwave ablation and the influencing factors, to provide reference for clinical treatment and prognosis. METH- ODS : This study used a retrospective analysis. 65 cases of outpa- tient and inpatient with uterine fibroids were selected as the object of study in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013. Sta- tistical analysis of incidence of intraoperative complications of pa- tients with uterine fibroids received microwave ablation at different time, and the influencing factors were analyzed. RESULTS: The statistical incidence of complications within a month's treatment showed that there were 45 cases (69.23%) of prolonged men- strual cycle, 22 cases (33.85%) of more menstrual flow, 13 ca- ses (20. 00%) of increased vaginal discharge, 9 cases ( 13.85% ) of vaginal fluid, 21 cases (32.31%) with mild ane- mia, 7 cases (10. 77% ) with moderate anemia. CONCLU- SION: With little complications in treatment of uterine fibroids, microwave ablation is safe and feasible and could be promoted in clinical therapy.
