妇科内分泌失调的临床治疗效果观察

Clinical treatment of gynecological endocrine disorders

目的:探讨妇科内分泌失调的临床治疗效果.方法:选取2012-03/2013-03我院收治的68例内分泌失调患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组34例.对照组给予单纯西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合使用克罗米芬、绒毛膜促性腺激素、人绝经促性腺激素.治疗1年后,观察两组患者治疗前后卵泡生成激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_2)的变化、治疗效果.结果:两组患者FSH、E_2水平均高于治疗前,具有统计学差异(P<0.05),观察组FSH、E_2水平均高于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗总有效率为94.1%,对照组为73.5%,观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论:联合使用克罗米芬、绒毛膜促性腺激素、人绝经促性腺激素可提高内分泌失调患者的FSH、E_2水平,疗效显著,故值得在临床上推广使用.

AIM： To investigate the clinical effect of gynecologi- cal endocrine disorders. METHODS： 68 patients with endocrine disorders in our hospital, from March 2013 to March 2014 were selected and divided randomly into the observation group and con- trol group, with 34 patients for each group. The control group was received western medicine. On the basis of the control group, the observation group was received elomiphene citrate, human chori- onic gonadotropin and human menopausal gonadotropin therapy. The changes of follicle stimulating hormone （FSH） and estradiol （E2） were compared before and after treatment. The clinical effects of two groups were observed respectively. RESULTS： FSH and E2 Levels of the two groups after treatment were higher than before, with a statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. FSH and E2 levels of the observation group were much higher than the control group, with a statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ） ; total effective rate of the observation group （94.1% ） was much higher than the control group （73.5 % ）, with a statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. CONCLUSION： Combined utilization of clomiphene citrate, human chorionic gonadotropin and human menopausal gonadotropin in treatment of gynecological endocrine disorders has significant effect, which can improve the clinical symptoms effectively. It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
