经皮椎体成形术治疗椎体骨折的护理

摘要 目的:探讨经皮椎体成形术治疗胸腰椎椎体压缩性骨折术前术后的护理.方法:对208例经皮椎体成形术患者的术前准备、心理护理、术后情况密切观察,预防并发症的发生,并加强功能锻炼,使患者能够早日恢复日常生活.结果:208例患者经过经皮椎体成形术均治愈出院,未发生并发症.结论:经皮椎体成形术是治疗骨质疏松引起的椎体压缩性骨折的有效、安全、经济的手术方法,而做好术前、术后护理工作是手术成功的重要组成部分.
