“卓越工程师计划”培养模式下独立学院实践教学改革方案的实现与运作

Actualization and Operation of the Practice Teaching Reform Scheme in Independent Colleges under the Training Mode of "Excellent Engineer Plan"

经过多年的发展,我国已经成为世界工程教育大国。然而,我国工程教育培养的许多人才还因为工程意识欠缺、实践能力薄弱、创新能力不强以及职业意识淡薄等原因不能很好地服务于我国工业企业。为此,我们要强化高校人才培养过程中的实践教学环节,对实践教学环节进行改革。本文根据"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的要求,提出了独立学院实践教学改革的思路和方案,并重点对独立学院实践教学改革方案进行实现与运作。对实践教学改革方案的实现与运作强化了独立学院实践教学环节,提高了独立学院学生的就业竞争力,同时为"卓越工程师教育培养计划"这种新的人才培养模式提供探索、研究和实验的重要资料,为不断完善、提高"卓越工程师教育培养计划"这种人才培养模式贡献一份力量。

After many years＇ development, China has become an experienced country in engineering education. However, many talents cultivated in China＇s engineering education are not quite qualified for China＇s industry and companies due to their lack of engineering consciousness, weak practice ability, poor innovation ability and weak professional consciousness. To this end, we should enhance the practice teaching link in university talent cultivation and reform the practice teaching link. In accordance with the requirement of ＂excellent engineer education and training plan＂, we proposed an idea and scheme for practice teaching reform in independent colleges, and focused on the actualization and operation of the scheme. Through the actualization and operation of the scheme, the practice teaching link in independent colleges has been enhanced and independent college students＇ employment competitiveness has been improved. Meanwhile, important materials were provided for the exploration, research and experiment of the new talent training model—— ＂excellent engineer education and training plan＂, and a contribution was made to the improvement of the model.
