摘要
中小学校长课程政策执行力薄弱是当前课程政策落实过程中迫切需要解决的问题。中小学校长作为课程政策执行力的主体之一,在课程政策实施过程中起着非常重要的作用。为提高中小学课程政策的执行力,中小学校长可从以下方面做出努力:优化人员、资源和环境管理,促进课程政策体制创新,创建课程政策执行力文化等。
Principals' weak executive power in curriculum policy is a current problem urgently needs solving in the process of implementing the curriculum reform. As one of the main executives of the curriculum reform policy, principals are playing a very important role in the curriculum policy implementation process. To improve the execution of primary and secondary school curriculum policy, school principals can make the following efforts: to optimize the personnel, resources and environment, promote the innovation of the curriculum policy system, create the culture of curriculum executive power, etc.
