论“治未病”思想在构建大学生心理健康问题防御体系中的应用

On the Application of the Thought of "Preventive Treatment of Disease" in Constructing a Defense System against University Students' Psychological Health Problems

文章从中医"治未病"思想的内涵入手,重构了大学生心理健康问题的"未病"五形态,主要包括心理问题"未生"期、"未发"期、"未盛"期、"未传"期及"未复"期。并结合高校大学生心理健康教育工作实际,提出切实有效的针对不同心理问题阶段的不同防治措施。在心理问题未生期时,高校应重视新生的心理健康知识普及与心理问题普查;在心理问题未发期时,要加强大学生成长发展性心理问题的咨询服务;在心理问题未盛期时,要做到早发现、早治疗,提供更专业的心理咨询服务;在心理问题未传期时,要构建心理问题社会支持系统,守住心理危机突发的底线;在心理问题未复期时,要重视心理关怀和帮扶。

Starting from the connotation of the thought of ＂preventive treatment of disease＂ in traditional Chinese medicine, this paper re-constructs five forms of ＂sub-health＂ in university students＇ psychological health problems, including healthy state,sub-healthy state, initial state, serious state, and rehabilitation state. Combined with the practical work in the psychological health education of university students, this paper proposes feasible and targeted preventive measures. In the healthy state, university administrators should pay attention to the popularization of psychological healthy knowledge and the survey of psychological problems among freshmen; in the sub-healthy state, psychological counseling services for university students＇ growth and development should be enhanced; in the initial state, early detection and early treatment are important, and professional psychological counseling services should be provided; in the serious state, a social supporting system against psychological problems should be constructed, in order to hold the bottom line of psychological crisis burst; in the rehabilitation state, psychological care and support should be the focus.
