民办高校毕业生就业压力及应对方式研究

A Study on Job-hunting Stress and Its Coping Style of Undergraduates in Private Universities

采用《大学生就业压力问卷》和《简易应对方式问卷》对181名民办高校毕业生的就业压力源及应对方式进行了调查,结果发现,民办高校毕业生就业压力处于中等偏下水平,不同性别和不同家庭经济条件学生的就业压力差异显著。总体上来说,民办高校毕业生更多会采取积极的应对方式,就业压力与消极应对方式相关极其显著,但是与积极应对方式相关不显著。

This paper investigated the job-hunting stress and its coping style of 181 private universities undergraduates by using the college job-hunting stress questionnaire and the simple coping style questionnaire. The results indicated that the job-hunting stress of private universities undergraduates is at the lower-middle level. Significant difference is found between students in different genders and different family economic conditions.Positive coping style is commonly used in the face of job-hunting stress. Job-hunting stress is positively associated with negativecoping style, but not associated with positive coping style.
