常熟市外资企业对商务英语专业学生能力素质要求分析

Analysis on the Capabilities and Professional Qualities of Business English Majors Required by Foreign-invested Corporations in Changshu City

随着中国改革开放的推进及深化,外资企业纷纷登陆我国,使商务英语专业具有较大的市场潜力。然而尽管商务英语专业已经成为一个热门的专业,外资企业对于商务英语专业学生工作的表现却并不满意,专业学生表现出"量多但质不优"的现象。文章采用问卷调查分析法,探究常熟市外资企业对于商务英语专业人才所需要的能力和素质,并提供一些建议,来帮助专业学生更好地融入企业,提升就业表现。

With the further reform and opening up of China, more and more foreign-invested corporations are set up in China,which promotes the potential working prospect of business English majors. Though business English majors are very popular,many foreign-invested corporations show their dissatisfaction,because the large quantity of business English majors doesn＇t mean the high quality of their capability. Therefore, this paper will analyze the capabilities and professional qualities required by a range of foreign-invested corporations and give some suggestions to business English majors so that they will adapt to the culture of corporations and perform well in their work more easily.
