摘要
韩国的(泡菜)在韩国的饮食文化中占有重要地位。韩国利用巧妙的方法,将韩国泡菜文化推广到世界舞台。本文归纳总结其推广之道,旨在借鉴其经验,以推动中国传统饮食文化自身的发展。
Kimchi holds a significant position in the South Korean cuisine since early time. Now the South Korean people tactfully and successfully put their "Kimchi culture" on the world stage.This study makes the effort to conclude the way of popularization and development of Kimchi based on their experience and promote our own Chinese traditional food culture.
