Kimchi holds a significant position in the South Korean cuisine since early time. Now the South Korean people tactfully and successfully put their ＂Kimchi culture＂ on the world stage.This study makes the effort to conclude the way of popularization and development of Kimchi based on their experience and promote our own Chinese traditional food culture.
