芪灵扶正片质量标准研究

Study on the quality stand of Qiling Fuzheng Tablets

目的建立芪灵扶正片质量标准。方法采用薄层层析法及显微鉴别对制剂中代表药物进行鉴别。结果建立了本制剂中黄芪、麦冬、三七的薄层层析鉴别方法,建立了本制剂中三七的显微鉴别方法。结论建立的薄层层析法及显微鉴别,具有专属性强特点,可用以芪灵扶正片的质量控制。

Objective To establish the quality standard of Qiling Fuzheng Tablets. Methods The representative drugs in Qiling Fuzheng Tablets were identified by TLC and microscopic identified. Results The TLC method for identification of astragail radix,ophiopogonis radix,notoginseng radix and the microscopic identification method for determination of notoginseng radix were established. Conclusion The established identification methods were specific,and it can be used for the quality control of Qiling Fuzheng Tablets.
