摘要 对一种自制降黏剂进行化学结构和热力学性能表征,并将试验结果与进口降黏剂Sasobit的相关参数进行对比,确定其可以用作沥青降黏剂。然后将该蜡样降黏剂加入到胶粉改性沥青体系中,通过微观表征与宏观测试相结合的方法,考察其不同添加量对沥青黏度及其他性能指标的影响,最后确定其可用性及最佳掺量,并就改性机理作出解释。结果表明:自制降黏剂为两种物质的混合物,主要成分为脂肪醇,而其分子量呈多分散分布。其熔点高,可以对沥青起到高温降粘的作用,同时可改善沥青的其他性能,其最适添加量为2%-3%。 The chemical structure and thermodynamic characterization of homemade viscosity reducer were studied first. Then the viscosity reducer was compared with Sasobit and determined it can be used as an initial bitumen viscosity reducer. Then the viscosity reducer was added to the rubber modified bitumen system. Through microscopic and macroscopic characterization test, the impact of different amounts on asphalt viscosity and other performance was studied. Finalized its availability and the best dosage were determined and the modification mechanism was explained. The results showed that:the viscosity reducer contained two kinds of substances,mainly composed of fatty alcohol,and its molecular weight was dispersed. Not only it had high melting point and played a role in the asphalt on viscosity of high temperature,but also to ensure or improve other properties of the asphalt,the optimum dosage was 2% to 3%.
