摘要
采用乳液聚合法在含硅丙烯酸酯乳胶粒子上接枝苯胺,制备苯胺/含硅丙烯酸酯(苯胺/硅丙)共聚乳液。通过电化学交流阻抗谱(EIS)、塔菲尔(Tafel)曲线测试了共聚乳液涂层对Q235钢的防腐蚀性能,研究了共聚乳液中乳化剂种类和乳化剂用量对涂层防腐蚀性能的影响,且对涂层的接触角和附着力进行了测试。利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、粒径分析(PSD)和X射线衍射(XRD)对共聚乳液及乳胶粒子进行表征。结果表明:苯胺成功地接枝到含硅丙烯酸酯链上,制备的乳胶膜具有良好的附着力、疏水性能,且当乳化剂为SDBS,用量占乳液总质量的0.8%时,共聚乳液涂层具有较好的防腐蚀性能。
Aniline/siliane acrylate copolymer emulsion was prepared by emulsion polymerization and aniline was grafted on siliane acrylate latex particles. The emulsion and latex particles were characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM), particle size distribution(PSD),X-ray diffraction(XRD)analysis. The surface of Q235 mild steel was coated by the emulsion,and investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)and Tafel polt. The influence of different kinds of emulsifier and the content of emulsifier on the anticorrosion properties of coatings were discussed. The coatings were tested by the contact angle and adhesion. The results showed that aniline grafted to the chains of silianeacrylate polymer successfully. The emulsion coating had good adhesion,hydrophobicity and corrosion resistance when the emulsifier SDBS was used in an amount of 0.8%.
