微波强化聚偏氟乙烯碱处理改性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 在微波作用下用氢氧化钠溶液处理聚偏氟乙烯,采用离子选择电极法测定了反应液中氟离子浓度,并使用脱氟率定量评价了碱处理改性效果;采用红外光谱、接触角和差示扫描量热法对改性材料进行了表征。结果显示:微波处理时间越长,脱氟率越高;初始氢氧化钠的浓度是影响碱处理效果的主要因素,PVDF在6mol/L氢氧化钠水溶液用80W的微波作用100min时,脱氟率可达到3.25%,远高于2mol/L氢氧化钠溶液的处理效果。 Polyvinylidene fluoride was modified with sodium hydroxide solution under microwave irradiation. The concentration of fluorine ion in the solution was determined by an ion selective electrode'method, and the removal rate of fluorine was introduced to evaluate the effect of alkaline treatment. The modified polyvinylidene fluoride was characterized by infrared spectroscopy,contact angle and differential scanning calorimetry. The results showed that microwave processing time was longer,the removal rate of fluorine was higher,and the initial concentration of NaOH solution was the main factors influencing the effect of alkaline treatment. When PVDF in 6mol/L NaOH aqueous solution was treated by microwave irradiation of 80W about 100 minutes, the removal rate of fluoride could reach 3.25 %, which was much higher than that of PVDF treated by 2mol/L sodium hydroxide solution.
