摘要
以乙酸锌Zn(CH_3COO)_2·2H_2O为锌源,硫代乙酰胺(TAA)为硫源,利用水热法合成ZnS纳米球。研究了不同种类的表面活性剂(SDS、CTAB)和反应温度(60℃,80℃,12℃)对产物硫化锌的形貌、尺寸和性能的影响。并利用X-ray衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(SEM)、紫外吸收(UV)、荧光光谱(PL)、热失重-差热分析(TG-DSC)、比表面及孔隙度分析(BET)对样品进行了晶体结构、形貌、光学、热稳定性和比表面积表征。结果表明,当温度为80℃且表面活性剂SDS与CTAB质量比为1:2时,所合成的ZnS纳米球尺寸均匀、分散性好。该ZnS纳米球对紫外光有较强吸收,且具有优良的光致发光性能,对有色有机物有较好的光催化降解特性。
ZnS nanospheres were synthesized using Zn(CH3COO)2 · 2H2O and TAA as reaction precursors by a hydrothermal method. The effects of different surfactants (SDS, CTAB) and temperature (60℃, 80℃, 120 ℃ ) on the morphology,size and property of ZnS samples were investigated. Structure,morphologies,thermal stability and surface area of as-prepared ZnS were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scan electron microscope (SEM), UV-visible spectrophotometer(UV), fluorescence spectroscopy (PL), thermogravimetry-differential thermogravimetry (TG-DSC), and surface and porosity analysis (BET). The results showed that the monodispersed and uniform-sized ZnS nanospheres were prepared with the mass ratio of 1 : 2 of SDS and CTAB at 80℃. These ZnS nanospheres also showed strong absorption in the UV region and excellent photoluminescence,which had better photodegradation property for organic compounds.
