摘要
采用溶胶凝胶-浸溃提拉法在304不锈钢上制备了纯TiO_2涂层与Sm掺杂TiO_2涂层,通过XRD、EDS、SEM对涂层进行物相组成以及表面形貌表征。结果表明:纯TiO_2与Sm掺杂TiO_2均为锐钛矿结构,Sm掺杂后TiO_2粒径减小,晶型完整性降低。Sm掺杂TiO_2涂层的包覆效果优于纯TiO_2涂层,涂层中单颗粒子小于纯TiO_2涂层,且分散性得到改善。
The pure TiO2 coating and Sm-doped TiO2coating were prepared on 304 stainless steel by sol-gel and dipcoating method. The phase constitution and surface topography of coatings were characterized by XRD, EDS and SEM. The results showed that the crystal structure of pure TiO2 and Sin-doped TiO2 were both anatase. The grain size of TiO2 was diminished and the integrity of the crystal form was depressed by Smdoping. The effect of Sin-doped TiO2 coating was superior to pure TiO2 coating. The particle size of Sm-doped TiO2 coating was smaller and the dispersibility was improved.
