摘要
采用静电纺丝法制备不同浓度聚乙烯醇负载膨润土超滤膜,不同浓度单一聚乙烯醇作为对照。用SEM、紫外分光光度计、电子万能拉力机等对膜进行表征,以水通量、截留率、孔隙率和平均孔径为评价标准。结果表明:膨润土可均匀负载在纤维上,孔径减小且孔隙率变大,对大分子的BSA截留性能提高,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率明显提高,且在16%浓度时,膨润土分散最为均匀,拉伸性能达到最佳。
Ultrafiltration membrane was successfully prepared by electrospinning process with using different concentration of poly (vinyl alcohol) loaded bentonite. The pure poly(vinyl alcohol) with different concentration were used as a contrast. The characterization of membrane with SEM,UV spectrophotometer and electronic universal tensile machine and so on,some parameters such as water flux,entrapment rate,porosity and the average pore sizes as evaluation standard. The result showed that the bentonite can be contained on the fibers uniform,the aperture was decreasing and porosity was improved. Entrapment rate for large BSA, the tensile strength and elongation at break were improved obviously. When the concentration was16 % ,the dispersity of bentonite and tensile property was best.
