摘要
以乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷为单体通过水解缩聚制备纳米乙烯基硅树脂微球,采用点击化学将巯基乙酸修饰到纳米乙烯基硅树脂微球表面,采用FTIR、SEM、XPS等测试手段对修饰前后的纳米乙烯基硅树脂微球进行表征。结果表明:采用该方法制备的纳米乙烯基硅树脂微球粒径均一,耐热性能优异;修饰后的纳米乙烯基硅树脂微球具有很好的亲水性,在水体系中对Co^(2+)中具有较强的吸附性,当Co^(2+)浓度为0.15rnol/L时,其吸附量为4.25×10^(-5)mol/g,之后吸附量趋于平稳。
The vinylsilica nanospheres were synthesized by vinyl trimethoxysilane, and the nanospheres was modified by thioglycolic acid using the click chemistry. Then the performance and structure of the vinylsilica nanospheres and the modified nanospheres were investigate by FTIR, SEM and XPS, etc. The results indicated that the vinylsilica nanospheres had a narrow size distribution and high thermal stability. And the modified nanospheres was hydrophilic well. At the same time,the modified nanospheres had powerful adsorption capacities for Co^2+ in the aqueous system. Adsorption capacity of the modified nanospheres was 4. 25× 10^-5 mol/g when the concentration of Co^2+ was 0. 15mol/L. And then the adsorption was stabilized.
