摘要
合成了一种含磺酸基席夫碱。通过核磁、红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,研究了其在不同溶剂中的紫外可见吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱及对过渡金属离子的识别。结果表明:在不同溶剂中紫外最大吸收波长发生红移,荧光最大发射波长发生蓝移,在丙酮和DMF(N,N-二甲基甲酰胺)溶剂中荧光发生猝灭;该席夫碱作为荧光探针分子对Fe^(3+)和Cu^(2+)有良好的识别作用。
One sort of Schiff base contained sulfonic acid group was synthesized. It was characterized by HNMR,infrared spectrum,UV-vis spectrum, fluorescence spectrum and fluorescence quantum efficiency was studied in different solvents. The results showed that blue shift from maximum wavelength of UV-vis absorption and red shift from fluorescence maximum emission wavelengh was observed, and fluorescence-quenching was observed in acetone and dimethyl- formamide. This Schiff base as fluorescence probe had good recognition of Fe^3+ and Cu^2+.
