摘要
以马来酸酐(MA)、L-谷氨酸为原料,合成得到N-马来酰-L-谷氨酸(MGA)单体,在引发剂作用下,与对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SS)单体聚合,在水相中合成共聚物阻垢剂P(SS/MGA)。通过正交实验,考察了单体配比、引发剂用量、聚合时间、聚合温度对共聚物阻碳酸钙垢的性能影响。结果表明:聚合温度控制在80℃之间,n(MGA):n(SS)=2.5:1,K_2S_2O_8与单体总量质量之比控制在12%,聚合反应时间为9h,对阻碳酸钙垢效果最好,阻垢率达到96.13%。
The scale inhibitor of polymer SS/MGA was synthesized by copolymerization with water as solvent, K2S2O8 as initiator. The monomers were sodium p-styrene sulfonate(SS),and N-maleoyl L-glutamic acid which was prepared by maleie anhydride(MA)and L-glutamic acid. The effects of mole mass proportion of monomer,mass fraction of initiator,reaction time and polymerization temperature of the copolymer were studied by the orthogonal method. The results showed that the copolymer had an excellent efficiency of scale inhibition against CaSO4 when the mole mass proportion was n(MGA) : n(SS) = 2.5 : 1,K2 S2 O8 mass fraction was 12 %, reaction temperature was 80℃, reacted for 9 h. The scale inhibition efficiency against CaCO3 was 96.13%.
