摘要
针对多环氧基腰果酚缩水甘油醚的物化特性,分析对比了光谱分析法、化学分析法、高氟酸-四乙基溴化铵法、盐酸-吡啶法和盐酸-丙酮法等多种环氧值的测定方法,选择了优化改进的盐酸-丙酮法作为产物环氧值的测定方法;并采用红外光谱对多环氧基腰果酚缩水甘油醚、腰果酚缩水甘油醚和腰果酚进行了表征。
In allusion to the physicochemical property of polyepoxy group cardanol glycidyI ether(PEGCGE), several determination methods of the epoxy value were analysed and compared. All determination methods used in our research were listed as follows: spectral analysis, chemical analysis, perchlorate-tetraethyl ammonium bromide method, hydrochloride-pyridine method and hydrochloric acid-acetone method. The results showed that the improved optimization hydrochloric acid-acetone method was the best determination method of the epoxy value for the product. Furthermore, poly-epoxy group cardanol glycidyl ether(PEGCGE),cardanol glycidyl ether(CGE) and cardanol were characterized by infrared spectrometry (IR).
