摘要
神经外科是外科学的一个重要组成部分,其教学特点与外科其他专科相比来说具有特殊性。神经外科教学的内容主要围绕人体中枢神经系统疾病展开;以理论知识为主,并辅以实践教学,但是理论教学中所学的知识比较抽象,因此就给学生对知识的理解和掌握带来了一定的困难。作为医学中最复杂的一门应用科学,神经外科对医生的临床思维能力有很高的要求。因此,在神经外科临床实习教学中,必须要注重对学生思维能力的培养和提高。本文主要就如何培养本科学生神经外科临床思维能力进行分析和探讨。
Neurosurgery is an important part of surgery. Its teaching feature compared with other specialist is special. The content of neurosurgery teaching mainly focuses on the disease of human central nervous system,dominated by theoretical knowledge, supplemented by practical teaching, but the theory is very abstract. So it brings some difficulties for students to understand and master the knowledge. As the most complex applied science in medical, Neurosurgery has very high standard to clinical thinking ability of doctors. Therefore, undergraduate students in Department of Neurosurgery clinical practice teaching, must pay attention to and improve the neurosurgery clinical practice thinking ability of students. This paper focuses on how to cultivate the neurosurgery clinical thinking ability of undergraduate students.
