摘要
在多年调研毕业生就业、择业的过程中发现部分学生未能实现及时就业、就业后迅速失业或者反复跳槽,存在欲望大于志向等主观现实问题。让毕业生客观认识自己,降低就业期望值,做到先就业再择业,需要在早期就业指导过程中加以干预引导。
After years of research in the process of the graduates in employment, choose a career, found some students failed to achieve timely employment, umemployment quickly after got a job or job hopping, there are subjective reality problems, such as desire is greater than the aspirations. How to let the graduates know themselves objectively, decreasing employment expectation, do employment first, it is need to be guided intervention early in the course of employment guidance.
