在多年调研毕业生就业、择业的过程中发现部分学生未能实现及时就业、就业后迅速失业或者反复跳槽,存在欲望大于志向等主观现实问题。让毕业生客观认识自己,降低就业期望值,做到先就业再择业,需要在早期就业指导过程中加以干预引导。
