基于岗位胜任力的护理基本技术课程体系的构建

Construction of the Curriculum System of Nursing Fundamental Based on Post Competence

随着优质护理、医药卫生体制改革等的相继出台,对护理人员、护理职业能力、护理教育提出了更高的要求,《护理基本技术》是护理核心胜任力培养体系中的主干课程,因此,迫切需要优化护理基本技术课程体系,以护理岗位胜任力为核心指标,将岗位胜任力融入护理基本技术课程体系,达到护理高职教育的培养目标。

With the promulgation of high nursing quality and health system reform, higher requirements for the quality of nursing staff, vocational abilityand nursing education have been put forward. Nursing Fundamental technics is a core course in the system of training core nursing post competence,so improving its curricular system is urgently needed. With post competence as the core, the improvement should integrate post competence into the curricular system, in order to accomplish the training goal of higher vocational education.
