非手术方法治疗侵袭性牙周炎临床疗效研究

To Explore the Effect of Nonsurgical Treatment for Aggressive Periodontitis

目的探究非手术方法治疗侵袭性牙周炎临床效果。方法选自我院近期收治的84例侵袭性牙周炎患者,通过给予消炎止痛、龈下刮治以及松齿固定的非手术方法治疗,比较患者在治疗前后的各项指标以及牙齿松动的改善程度。结果患者治疗前后的牙齿0-I级松动率分别65.48%、84.52%,治疗前后比较有显著性差异,P〈0.05;患者治疗后的BI、PD、CAL指数均优于治疗前,P〈0.05。结论对于侵袭性牙周炎的患者实施非手术治疗方法,具有良好的治疗效果,可以有效提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of nonsurgical treatment of aggressive periodontitis. Methods 84 patients with aggressive periodontitis in our hospital were selected. They all received non-surgical treatment including anti-inflammatory, subgingival scaling and loose tooth fixed. The indicators before and after the treatment and the improvement of loose teeth were compared in the patients. Results The 0-I grade of teeth loose rate before and after the treatment were 65.48% and 84.52% respectively, with statistical significant difference, P〈0.05. After the treatment the results of BI, PD, CAL were better than the those before the treatment, P〈0.05. Conclusion The non-surgical treatment for the patients with aggressive periodontitis has good treatment effect, which can effectively improve the patients＇ quality of life. So this treatment is worth clinical popularizing widely.
