正畸牵引治疗不同年龄上颌埋伏阻生尖牙效果分析

To Explore the Effect of Orthodontic Treatment for Impacted Maxillary Canines Between Different Ages

目的探讨正畸牵引治疗不同年龄上颌埋伏阻生尖牙的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院收治的颌埋伏阻生尖牙患者60例,将所有患者按年龄阶段情况分为两组,比较两组患者治疗的总有效率情况。结果在治疗总有效率方面,对照组患者具有显著的优势。结论正畸牵引治疗不同年龄上颌埋伏阻生尖牙治疗效果并不相同,青年患者的效果更好。

Objective To explore the effect of orthodontic treatment for impacted maxillary impacted canines between different ages. Methods 60 patients with jaw ambush impacted maxillary canines from our hospital were selected in this study. All of the patients according to age stages were divided into two groups. The effective rate of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of control group were better, with significant difference. Conclusion The age of patients impacted the treatment effect for maxillary canines. The treatment effect is better for young patients.
