摘要
目的探讨男性不育的外科诊断及治疗。方法对我院2012年6月-2014年6月收治的男性不育患者30例外科检查及手术的方法进行分析。结果男性不育的外科治疗主要用于诊断过程、提高精子生成和改善精子运输。结论治疗男性不育症的方法很多,包括改善生精功能、提高精液质量、解除输精管道的梗阻、消除抗精子免疫性等。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and surgical treatment of male infertility. Methods 30 cases of male infertility patients in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 who were treated with surgical examination and surgical methods were selected in this study. Results Surgical treatment for male infertility was mainly used for diagnostic, and improving the sperm production and transportation. Conclusion There are many methods for treating male infertility, including the improvement of spermatogenesis, improving the semen quality, relieving the obstruction of the vas deferens, and the elimination of anti-sperm immunity and so on.
